Experience: 6 to 10+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities
Total 12+ years of relevant IT experience out of which minimum 6-8 years in the area of pre sales and solution definition for large IT Infrastructure outsourcing deals. Exposure to various Technologies involved in creation of solutions for Service desk, Datacenter, Managed Network, End User computing and System Integration services. · Large Infrastructure delivery experience will be an added advantage · Excellent oral /written English communication and customer interaction skills. · Preferably having knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA and metrics. · Experience of responding to analyst lead bids such as TPI, KPMG, Neo etc. · Financial Acumen, Good team working capabilities, strong influencing skills experience is mandatory.
Skills and Job Requirements
As a Strategic Bid Manager, you will be part of the TIS Client Solutions team based at Bangalore responsible for providing pre sales / sales support to the TIS sales teams in US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Japan. · Proactively create opportunities in existing and new accounts. Work as a TIS pre sales SPOC for the key and strategic accounts. · The role will require working with sales and business stakeholders to ensure that customers business' and sales' requirements are understood; and we sell right solutions · Coordinate and own the process for opportunity identification, qualification and initiation · Understanding Customers Base case, customer’s requirement and design technically and commercially superior solutions · Work with the solution teams and create winning proposition also leverage on Wipro’s global alliances. Create win themes and map to client business requirements. · Should collect market intelligence on competition and benchmarking, use the same for solution definition · Collaborate with various teams, Practice, Transition and Service Delivery to create appropriate solution · Prepare business case and present to customer · Interface with Analysts, such as TPI, Everest, KPMG etc · Responsible for customer interface in the form of presentations, due diligence, solution walk through, portfolio analysis · Define strategy for deal structuring and negotiations with customer · Responsible for contract closure and all associated documentation like MSA, SOW etc.
