Job Description:

A a self driven and highly motivated individual you will be part of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) Business based in Australia As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the whole of the ANZ region and will have direct responsibility for the TIS Practioner team. You will be responsible for the sale and business development of TIS services throughout the ANZ region. Responsibilities include:

• Lead TIS sales in the ANZ region and achieve ambitious growth targets
• You will also be responsible for the continued building of relationships with Key Accounts to maintain, develop and expand the TIS business
• You will be responsible for your own personal individual target and targets carried by your team
• Team Management responsibilities include:
o Allocation of sales targets.
o Monitoring team performance.
o Training & Developments of team members.
o Retention of team
• Maintain an excellent level of quality sales to ensure repeat business from client
• Develop and foster relationship with alliance partners in the region
• Analyze and Monitor industry trends and competition
• Provide inputs for annual business planning cycles
• Manage customer events for TIS working closely with marketing teams
• Handling client presentations specific to TIS services
• Drive sales reviews and report sales metrics for the Geo and BDM/s
• Attend workshops and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the IT industry
Experience and skill set required:
• Qualification – BE / MBA
• Experience - 12+ years of IT experience with successful track record
• Should have good track record of managing a team of sales professionals and is very easy to get along with.
• Customer-focused with ability to recognize a sales opportunity and close business
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills
• Broad understanding of wide array of technologies
• Highly motivated individual having high expectation from self and team
• Experience of working with advisors such as TPI, KPMG etc.
• Business acumen
• Experience of Building relationships and ready to “roll your sleeves up” in the role to maximize results
• Prior Global experience will be an added advantage
