Roles and Responsibilities

Hardware Design Lead - Responsible for the schematic entry, circuit design, circuit debugging, simulation, layout & verification of a complex chip block. Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities. Requires extensive knowledge of at least one design area. Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster

Skills and Job Requirements

Digital ASIC Design Concepts - L4 - Competent in basic digital design concepts, boolean arithmetic, decoding, interfacing, clocking, setup-hold timing concepts, One of Verilog/VHDL, One of NCSIM/Modelsim/VCS, CVS, DTS. Competent to go through the design document and understand the design. Setup-hold timing concepts, can perform unit level testing., Can perform standard cell circuit design, competent with spice [spectre, Hspice] simulators, understands LVS., Virtuoso, Calibre, Spectre. Competent to perform low level design involving control and data path designs Multi-clock design skills., Good documentation skills., can create a module level design document involving protocols amd can efficiently transform that to an HDL description; is lint-capable; is lec-capable., One of Verilog/VHDL, One of NCSIM/Modelsim/VCS, CVS, DTS, one of SpyGlass/Atrenta, one of Conformal LEC/ Formality. Expert in standard cell design, expert with spice simulators and LVS tools., Virtuoso, Calibre, Spectre. Competent to perform high level design can create a full IP level design document; is capable of reviewing design documents created by others; is capable of making power/area/speed trade-offs. Technical Lead - Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities. Requires extensive knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. Has the ability to respond to detailed queries. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.

Skills and Job Requirements

MOSS 2007 - L2 - Able to write complex webparts using advanced C programming. Able to design the webparts and able to write programs for inter webpart communication. Should be aware of C and VB.Net. Good working knowledge of Sharepoint portal /MOSS 2007 implementation. Aware of best programming practices for webpart development. Localization support on Portals, Excel Services and Windows Workflow Foundation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical Consulting • Monitor the workflow of segments of small projects. • Participate in implementation of business solutions through IT. • Generate and articulate components or solutions tailored to fit the client needs. • Support practice development initiatives. • Contact lower to middle level client staff for information and data collection and may participate in client meetings. • Supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and provides training.


Skills and Job Requirements

• HP BAC + UCMDB – L2 & L3 • Hands-on implementation exposure to the following HP Software modules is required : 1. HP Business Availability Center (BAC) 2. Business Process Monitors (BPMs) 3. Real User Monitoring (RUM) 4. Client Monitors (CM) or End User monitors (EUM) 5. HP UCMDB 6. Site Scope 7. Dashboard 8. Service Level Management 9. Application Manager • Should have experience on scripting using Load Runner for application performance simulation / monitoring • Should have worked as a part of a team involved in the implementation of the above modules for application performance monitoring in at least 2 live projects in a fairly complex IT setup.

Network Support Engineer-L3

Roles and Responsibilities

Networking - Domain Skills: Ability to evaluate, implement and manage data communications infrastructure; Internet and Intranet infrastructure; WAN, LAN and wireless networks; and network applications. Experience in monitoring and analysis of data network performance. Should be able to recommend adjustments to a wide variety of complex network management functions with responsibility for overall performance and availability of networks. Extensive experience with the following protocols/technologies; TCP/IP, SNA, MPLS, frame relay, ATM, BGP or other related technologies using Cisco equipment. Experience in a LAN/WAN and multi-platform environment including Cisco routers, multi-layer switches, firewalls, load balancers and Intrusion Detection systems. Experience in data communications hardware/software analysis, network administration or management, data communications equipment installation and maintenance.

Security - L3 - In addition to L2 level of knowledge: Expert level of knowledge on Advanced features like, DMVPN, PKI/CA, NAC, IPS/IDS, MARS Very good understanding of routing protocols like RIP/OSPF/BGP specially on Cisco Security appliance like PIX/ASA/VPN Concentrator Expert knowledge on Network attacks and mitigation, Spoofing, uRPF, TCP Intercepting, content filtering Knowledge on sniffers, Protocols Analyzers Ability to design and architect medium size network Ability of Capacity planning, Trend Analysis Ability to do RCA
